Built as a public toilet, this working photography and film studio is a flexible space full of creativity. There is an open space, the studio has all modern amenities including HD LCD screens, projectors and B & W sound system. Ice tank works with major brands on every level and can offer dry hire or full event management dependent on your needs. Venue82 is a white space with endless possibilities. Please note this space fee is reasonable.

No alcohol license. No license for playing amplified music. No parties are allowed at this space. Brands/Tenants can apply for TENs.
Basement Capacity: 60 people maximum due to council regulations.
Ground Floor Capacity: 20 standing.
No air-conditioning.
Space must be securely locked after each exit.
£150 compulsory cleaning fee - to be deducted from your damage deposit.
Rubbish to be disposed of outside of the space, and not in the internal bin.
